For lovers of fine food. That’s the vision of Gippsland Dairy.

Gippsland Dairy commenced operations in the early 1950’s situated in the prime Victorian dairy region of Gippsland supplying Creams, yogurts and Milk direct to shop owners and to the ever increasing passing trade of people eager to purchase their quality fresh dairy produce.

Over the years Gippsland Dairy continued to expand on the original product range and this combined with the farmhouse style format gained further customer acceptance and growth.

In the early 1990’s Gippsland Dairy was one of the first companies to introduce a range of certified organic yogurts. Our facilities used for the manufacturing of our organic dairy produce are Australian Certified Organic. This organic dairy range displays the certified logo on all labeling. Today Gippsland Dairy is a leading manufacturer of Creams and yogurts. Our products can be found in major supermarket chains across Australia. They can even be found in South East Asia.

We are licensed with Dairy Food Safety Victoria for the manufacture of dairy produce for both the domestic and export markets. Whilst our dairy manufacturing operation has moved to the Victorian city of Dandenong we still have strong ties with the past. We source our milk and cream direct from farmers who run their herds on the premium pastures of Australia’s renowned dairy regions – just like in the old days. 50 years later, we are still using the time-honoured processes passed down by our original Dairy Craftsmen.
